1.Chocolate Fat Melting Machine

In chocolate, the cocoa butter container is more than 35 percent. This TRYG240 chocolate fat melting machine is mainly used to melt the solid cocoa butter into liquid. Melting time is 3-4 hours per batch. The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, with different capacity and different machine design.

2.Sugar Grinding Machine

This sugar grinding machine adopts the principle of high speed crushing by hammer return air. The pulverized materials can be directly discharged from the grinding cavity and come out through the outlet. General materials after being crushed should be collected through the cotton cloth bag. The materials after grinding are collected in the bag.

3.Chocolate Conche Machine

The chocolate conche machine is one of the main equipment for finely grinding chocolate. It is also suitable for grinding the oil of soy flour and the fine grinding of the daily chemical raw materials. The grinding time is generally 7~9 hours, and the average fineness can reach 20μm.The machine is compact in structure, simple in operation, convenient in maintenance, low in one-time investment, quick to get started, etc. It is especially suitable for the production process requirements of small chocolate candy factory. It is the main equipment in the chocolate production line, mainly used for small scale grinding chocolate slurry. .

4.Chocolate Storage Tank

The chocolate storage tank is widely used in dairy industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, beverage and other industrial sectors, as heating, cooling, heat preservation, sterilization treatment or storage slurry equipment, especially suitable for the heat preservation of chocolate slurry, which is the necessary equipment in chocolate production line.

5.Chocolate Moulding Machine

Chocolate moulding machine is an advanced machine used in the production of chocolate products, the machine integrates baking mold, pouring, vibration, cooling, demoulding and conveying processes, which use PLC automatic control. The machine can produce pure chocolate, sandwich and double color chocolate products.The mold shape of the machine can be customized according to customer requirements, and the machine can also be equipped with praline dispenser to produce mixed praline chocolate.

6.Chocolate Cooling Tunnel

The chocolate Cooling tunnel is a special equipment for rapid cooling of chocolate. It is an ideal equipment for material to reduce time and space through cooling, especially the necessary cooling equipment for automatic production line. Different process design can be carried out according to the user's different process requirements, such as inlet and outlet temperature, product volume, product yield, etc..And we can also configure the corresponding high-precision automatic control system.
