Peanut Shelling Machine Working Principle:

Peanuts enter the front roller from the feed hopper, and the peanut shell is peeled off by the rotation of the suspension sleeve and the force of the concave plate. The separation of kernels and shells is achieved; the separated peanut kernels and shells fall through the front concave plate, and when the front skateboard passes through the air duct, the peanut shell is blown out of the machine by wind to achieve the primary wind force; peanuts and peanuts that have not been shelled yet The small fruit is dropped into the proportion separation screen for selection, and the selected peanut kernels pass along the sieve surface and enter the sack through the outlet; the small peanuts that have not been shelled go down the sieve surface and enter the wind through the discharge chute. The machine is sent to the back drum by the air-sending machine for secondary shelling. After the peeled kernels, the shells fall back through the concave plate. After the primary selection by wind force, the specific gravity is separated and selected, and all shelling can be achieved.

Peanut Sheller Installation Requirements:

1. Place the peanut shelling machine on a smooth concrete floor and fix it reliably.

3. After the installation is completed, manual inspection of the transmission parts shall be flexible and free from any stagnation.
