Work Steps of Cocoa Powder Packing Line:
The cocoa powder packaging line consists of a cocoa bean baking machine, a cocoa bean peeling machine, a cacao bean grinder, a hydraulic oil press, a cocoa liquor mill, and a powder packing machine.
1. Cocoa Bean toaster: There are many toasters that can be used to process cocoa beans. This cocoa bean baking machine can continuously record the temperature, the use of heat conduction and heat radiation theory, continuous spiral drum panel within the promotion, uniform heating.
2. Cocoa bean peeling machine: cocoa beans designed, simple, safe, reliable, energy efficient, environmentally friendly, is an ideal cocoa peeling machine.
3. Cocoa bean butter grinding machine: the peeled cocoa beans into the mill grind into cocoa butter sauce.
