Seasme Tahini Production Process:

Washing - Drying - Roasting - Grinding - Mixing - Degassing - Cooling - Filling

 

Main equipment includes sesame washing and drying machine, sesame roaster, sesame grinding paste machine, vacuum tanks, cooling machine, filling machine, etc., characterized by flow operation, pollution-free, and the produced sesame paste achieves export standards. The specific process and production capacity can be customized according to customer's requirements. 

 

Sesame roaster: Used to roast sesame seed, also suitable for roasting peanuts, soybean, almond, chickpeas, etc.

Cooling belt: Use the fan out of heat, cooling after roasting sesame seed.

Coarse grinding machine: first grinding sesame into paste.

Fine grinding machine: Used for further grinding sesame, processing fineness further improved.

Sesame paste cooling machine: Cooling the grinded sesame tahini.

Degassing tank: Degassing the sesame paste before filling.

Filling: filling and packaging for sesame seed paste.
